1- What are your guarantee conditions for purchasing jewellery ?
The jewellery purchased is guaranteed by our company inc. exchanging for five years if used under the conditions indicated by the certificate given with the jewellery.
2- Can the repair, care, cleaning and polishing of my old jewellery be done by your company ?
After the controls of our authorized staff about the product you will be informed clearly about the timing and the cost of the process. On the other hand the cleaning and the polishing of jewellery purchased from our company will be done anytime you want free of charge
3- Can I give private orders ?
All kinds of your private orders in any carat (14-18-22) and colour (yellow-white-rose) of gold, in 925 ct, sterling silver with or without stones are available as handmade production.
4- How should I contact with you in case of a problem ?
Please contact with us about your opinions, suggestions or complaints by using company e-mails. Our company is not responsible of any private contact with our staff.
5- What can I do with my old gold and jewellery which I am not using anymore ?
We can make new products in our workshop by using your old gold and jewellery.
6- What are the guarantee conditions of the watches which you sell ?
Our company sells only orginal Swiss Made watches which have international service and guarantee conditions of the brands which they belong to. Also you have Tax Free Refund advantage up to of the total amount you have spent for the watch which you will get it in cash and in any currency you wish while you are leaving the country.
7- How can I visit your gold center ?
If required, we have free shuttle service from and to the hotels or any other location in Fethiye area.
8- What are your working hours ?
Our store is open everyday inc.weekends between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
